Welcome to all visitors!
I needed a place to store (and refer to) much of the investigative research I've done over the years. Every time I change computers or move, much of this stuff gets lost or buried in storage.
If I've sent you here, my intent was to challenge your "critical thinking" abilities and not to just piss you off. Americans tend to blindly accept what is spoon fed to them by multi-national corporations (including for-profit city corporations) via television, newspapers and advertising. The news they see is manipulated to produce a desired result... whether it is to support a war or a candidate... it's all put there to control our thoughts and attitudes toward government policy and view people that don't go along with the policy as crazy or lunatics.
Talk to people who live in European countries about American politics and the military. Most know far more than the average American. They can give you the names of every politician that is involved in fraud and the name of every country that the US military has a base. Most high school students in the US can't even find Iraq on a map.
Most Americans are dumbed down and lazy... yes, I said lazy. Instead for taking time to question what corporations are telling them or research the legality of how corporations deal with them, they just accept the "policy" as the way it has to be.
What happens when you call a support number? Where are you calling? Malaysia? India?... and do the laws of that country protect your privacy against the support person stealing your personal information? Most likely not.
Here's another example: you check in to a national hotel chain. The counter person INSTRUCTS YOU in all the of corporate policies you will be subjected. You will be forced to give up a photo copy of your ID, give up all of your banking info, home address, phone numbers, etc. When you listen closely to this person, doesn't it sound like you've become an employee of the corporation instead of you being the employer who has hired them to provide a product or service?
This corporate agent is going to shove his employer's policies down your throat (at gun point if needed). If you don't agree, what do they do??? Yes, threaten to call the armed thugs (police or building security) to have you "removed."
Why aren't these policies negotiable? Because the people who made them are far removed from the process and you will never see them face-to-face. Why is this important? Because if you consider contract law, the process they use is flawed and illegal. Where is the contract? Where are the TWO signatures that make the contract valid? Does "meeting of minds" exist? No.
You don't know who made the policy or how to contact them. They have created a protective shield using attorneys to force their will on you at gun point. Now how can this be a valid commercial transaction? It isn't and you should take the time to learn how you can benefit from this illegal, mafia style way of doing business.
At the end of your stay, does the counter person assure you that all of the info you gave will be shredded and deleted? No! Do they tell you that your information will be sold to the highest bidder on the internet so that telemarketers and junk mail distributors can send a barrage of advertising? No! All that info sits in their system until some guy (like the hacker in the story from the link below) decides to break into their system and sell it off to the Russian mafia.

I will also submit to you that if you take the time to research the legal aspects of the federal government and how it has morphed into a entity that is only motivated by promoting corporate interests, you will soon realize that you are not living in a "democracy" or a "constitutional republic." You are living in a corporate-controlled fascist state with government attempting to take over control of every aspect of your life.
The most recent mechanism... the national ID card or what is being called the "enhanced" driver's license. Check out the article below:
A National ID Card Wouldn't Make Us Safer
I have something to add to the author's comments. Ever heard of a scam called "RFID skimming?" It's a process where all thief has to do is get close to you... say in line at Walmart to steal your information. He/she can capture all of the data stored in the new "safer" RFID credit cards and driver's licenses by using a low cost reader available on the internet.
Here is a local news story on how's it's done:
There will be many more articles on this subject in the future.
The next link has a embedded video that many have seen already. Remember the pizza delivery order taker that knows every detail of your life including your medical history and recent credit card purchases? If you haven't seen it, please watch:
A Terrifyingly Real Hypothetical Application of the National ID Card
This blog is also a place to poke fun at the "corporate controlled" (or some might say "pentagon controlled") main stream media, politicians, people who think they have control or "jurisdiction" over others and all those stupid yuppie types that think the Federal Reserve is a US Government agency.
As always, if you have your own research to support your argument against what I present here, please post a rebuttal. Be prepared to support your argument with articles, court cases, or related legal evidence. Personal opinions are fine but please take the time to give evidence to support your position (and cite sources).
Enjoy!
